Live for Something Legacy: Generation One: Week 7

Welcome back to the Live for Something Legacy. In the last rotation, Dia Constar gave birth to twin boys Eris and Eros. Her daughter Elara aged into a child and is working on the Creative Prodigy aspiration. The twins completed their infant stage, unlocking several milestones, and aged into toddlers. Laika gave birth to two puppies Aurora and Astro. The family kept Aurora but gave Astro to the Lexion family from the Get Collecting Legacy. Sadly, we also had a few pets pass away as we lost both Vulpecula and Laika to old age. Dia's best friend Jasminder Bheeda discovered her husband Arun was cheating on her and asked for a divorce. Jasminder and Dia combined their resources and moved into the Penthouse in the Art District. Jasminder's son Hudson is the same age as Dia's twins so she brought him along as well so we have a pretty full household.

Monday Afternoon

When we return to the Constar household we find Jasminder potty training her son Hudson. Both Eros and Eris have the independent skill and can use the potty themselves. Eros uses the potty chair while Eris watches. Then they switched places but I didn't get a second screenshot.

Elara worked on her creative prodigy aspiration by drawing a picture of a monster.

Dia was outside showing off her mixology skills.

The last screenshot I got from Monday Afternoon/Evening was Dia giving a very smelly Aurora a bath.

Tuesday

On Tuesday the toddlers at breakfast on the couch. I can't remember but one of them has the messy eater trait and threw food all over the floor. Aurora was a huge fan of that and started eating the food.

After breakfast, Jasminder and the toddlers had a dance party and the boys all worked on their movement skill.

Aurora started playing in the food and got really dirty.

Dia scolded her and told her not to play in trash but so far Aurora hasn't learned not to do that.

After their dance party the twins went outside to play in the play tent. They both reached level three in the imagination skill.

Then they moved inside the house. Eros played with the dollhouse while Eris chatted with Blarffy.

While in school Elara got interviewed for being the class All Star. She choose to be real during her interview but managed to get a few friendly laughs anyway.

When Elara got home from school she started working on a castle diorama that she had in her inventory. She reached level 10 in creativity while Eris reached level 3 in the thinking skill.

Tuesday came to an end with the twins and Hudson asleep in their toddler beds.

Wednesday

On Wednesday morning, Eris played in the toddler tent with Hudson. Eris reached level 4 in the imagination skill.

Eros played on the toddler slide and reached level 4 of the movement skill.

Dia spent the morning working on her mixology skill. She reached level 9 and learned the recipe for the Simsmapolitan. She can also perform a new trick.

Eros was still playing on the slide and maxed his movement skill. Also off camera, Eris maxed the potty skill.

I think all of the boys ended up getting at least the Happy Toddler or whatever it is called when you reach level 3 in all toddler skills before their birthday. Eros blew out the candles first.

Then it was time for Eris to blow out his birthday candles.

During the party, Dia tended to the bar but I don't think anyone asked for a drink.

The guests had a good time at the party and poor Hudson was so tired he feel asleep on the floor.

Thursday

On Thursday morning, Elara set the table for breakfast.

Now that we don't have any messy toddlers in the house Aurora has started searching the counters for food scraps.

While at school, the principal was visiting with Eris's class. The kid behind Eris was pelting him with something but Eris decided to ignore it. The teacher ended up catching the student throwing the spit balls and he got into trouble.

After school the boys did their homework.

Elara practiced her violin and finally maxed the artistic prodigy aspiration.

Eris brought home a friend from school. I think that is Zack Bennett from the Name Game Legacy. The boys played chess.

Meanwhile, our social butterfly, Eris entertained all of the other members of the Achiever Kids club.

Elara played outside on the swings with Opal Lexion.

All of the kids had a dance party in the living room.

After everyone went to bed, Vlad sneaked into our house and played video games.

Friday

There are certain skills in this game that take FOREVER to max and singing is one of them. Dia spent the morning singing.

And that is the last photo I took until the kids came home from school. I believe Eris and Eros are hugging because they just became best friends.

It is Elara's birthday, so Dia threw a party for her. While chatting with Holly Wood, Dia reached Charisma level 8, another one of the skills that takes forever to max.

Kara Gutenberg from the Whimsy Expanded Legacy spent her time at the party knitting.

Opal Lexion was in a bad mood and took it out on our stuffed dog.

Then my camera glitched and I totally missed Elara blowing out her birthday candles.

Elara aged up wearing several layers of custom content accessories and jewelry.

Jasminder made the food for the party and completed her aspiration.

The guests all seemed to enjoy the food and conversation at the party.

I think Elara is such a pretty teen. She has the successful lineage aspiration and added the clumsy trait. Elara won't be heir since in this legacy the succession is alternating gender each generation however I have had plans for her since day one.

Jet Lexion, heir of the Get Collecting Legacy, is all about space and becoming an astronaut so I figure an alien-sim hybrid would make the perfect wife for him. Jet and Elara have been best friends since they were toddlers. They even exchanged friendship bracelets at one point. Now that they are both teens it is time to get some romance going. They started with some light flirting and held hands before it was time for Jet to go home.

Here is Elara's room updated for a teenager. The family doesn't have a ton of money so it is a bit sparse but I still think it is cute.

Saturday

On Saturday morning, Elara set the table for breakfast.

Dia continued to work on her singing skill.

Then she read the boys some books while they ate breakfast.

Jet stopped over and asked Elara to prom. She happily said yes.

Eris worked on his whiz kid aspiration by watching the Brainchild Learning (or whatever it is called) channel on the television.

After the promposal Jet hung around and pushed Elara on the swings. These two are just so cute together.

Back inside Eros worked on his Social Butterfly aspiration by visiting some kid friendly chat rooms.

Jet stayed for lunch before heading home to get ready for prom.

At Prom, Elara voted for Prom Royalty and Jester.

Elara and Jet used the photo booth and took some romantic pictures together.

They did a sweetheart dance together.

Then it was time to learn who won prom royalty. None of the sims from my played families won so I didn't bother writing down the winners.

Jet spent some time at prom watching funny videos on his phone with Colt Travelers from the Postcard Legacy.

Elara seemed to have a lot of fun chatting with Anna Pleasant. She is dating Lucas Bennet from the Name Game Legacy.

But Jet couldn't stay away from Elara for long. They did some flirty.

Jet gave Elara a rose with the message, "I love the joy that you bring to my life every waking moment of every day." Seriously could these two get any cuter.

They shared their first kiss.

Followed by a deeper more passionate kiss. I downloaded a "More Kisses" mod and this was one of them. I think it is so cute. For some reason Colt appears to be glaring at them. Maybe he is not a fan of Public Displays of Affection (PDA).

Elara also spent some time gossiping with Bethany Baker from the Joy of Life legacy.

For some reason Amethyst Lexion got into an argument with this girl.

After prom, Elara and Jet went to an after party at the pier but I was having a strange glitch were no one could get on any of the rides. They would just wave their arms like there was something in their way. So after sharing another kiss I sent everyone home.

Elara put the photo of her and Jet on her dresser next to the rose he gave her.

Sunday

On Saturday morning, Dia did some more singing. She has improved and Aurora seems to enjoy listening to her.

Eris lost his first tooth.

Dia took Aurora for a jog around the neighborhood.

Elara spent the morning sleeping in since she got home well after midnight.

Jasminder made the boys some whole wheat pancakes for brunch.

Then it was time for some skill building and work on aspirations. Hudson drew some photos for his creative prodigy aspiration.

Eris and Eros watched some brainchild learning and both worked on their mental skill.

Eris then continued working on his mental skill by doing some family friendly yoga.

The flea market was in town and Dia still needs four or five more My Sim Trophies so I everyone to the festival. I thought for sure we were going to witness Vlad's death as he stood burning in the sun for a really long time.

Our Social Butterfly Eros chatted with Opal Lexion, Zack Bennet, and some random lady.

Unfortunately, the only vendor there was selling metals and not My Sim Trophies.

Dia tried to get an autography from Judith Ward but she turned us down.

Eros was thrilled to run into his father whose name I totally forgot. They gave each other a big hug.

Then Eros chatted excitedly with his dad. Considering he has never been a part of the twins lives I image Eros is filling him in on pretty much his entire life up until this point.

Meanwhile, Eris worked on his mental skill while fishing.

I am not great about including Hudson in these updates but he was at the Maker Space I had placed in the city working on his creative skill.

Then he went outside and chatted with Pearl Lexion.

Back at home, Elara finally got up for the day and did some yoga.

Dia went to work and had to decide whether or not she should buy a drink guide for $200. She bought the guide but unfortunately it turned out to be a waste of money.

I didn't realize Aurora still didn't know how to potty outside until this moment. Opps! Sorry Aurora.

Hudson watched his mom cooking. He was actually supposed to be helping her but all he did was clap while thinking about cupcakes.

Turns out Jasminder made spaghetti and all the kids ate together at the table.

Then Elara did her homework followed by some extra credit.

I used to have a setting in MCCC that got rid of the monster on the bed but I recently redid all my settings and decided to leave that one off for awhile. Of course as soon as I do that it makes an appearance. Our social butterfly Eris tried to become friends with it.

While Eros and Hudson freaked out.

They went running into Jasminder's room to wake her up.

She went into their room and sprayed under the bed for monsters.

Dia got home from work, sadly without a promotion, and spent time playing with Aurora before going to bed.

Monday

On Monday morning, Elara played with Aurora.

Then I followed her to high school for the first time. She introduced herself to the principal.

She spent some time chatting with Amethyst Constar and some other random teens.

Of course she had to great Jet with a big kiss.

Before going inside to claim her locker.

Then it was time for Elara's first class. I think the only one that took notes was Bethany Baker.

Elara ate lunch with Amethyst Lexion, some blonde girl whose name I don't know, Rahul Chopra's sister (can't remember her first name), and Brett Murdoch. Brett is dating Yvone Bennet in the Name Game challenge.
