Live for Something Legacy: Generation One: Week 9

Welcome back to the Live for Something Legacy. Last time during part 1 the family settled into their new penthouse in the art district. Several birthdays were celebrated. First Jesminder's son Hudson and Dia's twins Eros and Eris aged up into children. Then later in the update Elara became a teenager. She started dating Jet Lexion from the Get Collecting Legacy. They might be one of my favorite couples ever. They are so cute. They attended prom together and had an amazing time. I part two Dia reached level 10 in the mixology skill and completed the Master Mixologist aspiration. The family celebrated Spooky Day with a fun Costume Party. Dia maxed the singing skill and also completed the City Native aspiration. Dia realized she had feelings for her long time best friend and roommate Jesminder Bheeda. They spent the day together at the park and shared a first kiss. At the end of the update Dia reached the top of the Mixology career and is now a Celebrity Mixologist.

Monday Afternoon

It is 5:30 pm on Monday when we return to the Constar household and the Life for Something Legacy challenge. Dia is playing chess.

Jesminder is using Elara's computer.

Elara is brewing something on the grill.

Eros was watching television.

Eris was chatting with friends on the computer. He is going through a bear phase.

Hudson was playing on the monkey bars.

Aurora was sick.

Dia gave Aurora a wellness treat.

If you read the last update in the Name Game legacy you will recall that when we ended part 2 it was the middle of Winterfest. So I gave them a tree and a present pile, so they could have a quick celebration.

Then Dia read the boys a story.

And they worked on their homework.

Dia surprised Jesminder with some mistletoe.

And they shared a passionate kiss.

I thought opening a bar/nightclub small business was perfect for Dia. She opened a roof top business called "The Cosmic Pour".

Dia hired a headliner DJ to work at her club. Everyone danced.

Dia tended the bar and made drinks.

The Cosmic Pour was open for 6 hours but only made $251 after expenses. Her business is growing in renown.

It was after 4 am when Dia crawled into bed with Jesminder and went to sleep.

Tuesday

On Tuesday morning Elara made breakfast for herself and her siblings as Dia and Jesminder slept in.

It was almost noon when they finally woke up. They flirted with each other.

And did some kissing.

Then they went a date to the Myshuno Meadows park.

These two have a wholesome romance dynamic.

They had a picnic and did some cloud gazing.

They did some roller skating.

Dia gave Jesminder a rose.

They spotted a woohoo bush and didn't see anyone else around.

They decided to woohoo in both the bush and the picnic blanket.

When I returned to the house Elara was grilling some food for her brothers.

They all ate some dinner.

And then the boys did their homework at the dining room table.

Elara worked on her homework in her bedroom.

Then she played with Aurora.

Dia opened up The Cosmic Pour and a few people came for drinks and to use the hot tub.

Dia did manage to make $462 which was about double what she made the day before.

I just love ending the day with photos of sleeping animals.

Wednesday

On Wednesday morning Elara and the boys ate breakfast together. It is New Year's Eve but apparently there is a new bug since the last update where you can't make resolutions. I try but they just cancel.

But for the purpose of storytelling we are going to pretend that Dia decided to "Get Fit" so she took Aurora for a jog.

Jesminder wanted to learn a new skill. I figured having her learn how to DJ could be useful for Dia's small business. She currently has to pay $250 to hire a headliner.

The kids all want to do well in school so they worked on their homework. I see Hudson is now also in a bear phase.

Apparently Elyza called Dia asking if she should have another baby. The answer to that is absolutely no way. Elyza your name contains five letters and you were meant to have 5 kids. You already got to have two extra due to your triplets. No more children.

One of the traditions in my family is to play games on New Year's Eve. My parents always invited over a bunch of neighbors to play board games while the kids played video games. Now as an adult I get together with my friends for a game night on New Year's Eve. Therefore, I set playing games as one of the holiday traditions.

Later Jesminder and the kids watched the Countdown to Midnight on the television.

Dia opened up here nightclub and hired a headliner DJ. The guests drank, used the pool, and danced.

I also set fireworks as one of the New Year's Eve traditions.

Unfortunately, Dia ended up setting the place on fire. Thankfully Jesminder was quick with the fire extinguisher.

Dia didn't make a ton of money but she did reach the first renown level and it is now a hopeful hustle. Customers can now leave a tip and Dia can share her inspiring business story.

Dia and Jesminder then celebrated the end of New Year's Eve with some shower woohoo.

Before falling asleep in each other's arms.

Thursday

On Thursday morning Aurora aged up into an elder.

I decided I am not ready for her to be old and sent Dia to the vet clinic to buy an age down treat.

She returned home and gave Aurora the treat to age her back down into an adult.

Dia spent time with Aurora.

Jesminder bought some fruit and vegetables from the market stall.

Opal Lexion and Leilani Gardener came over and hung out in the hot tub with Elara.

Daisy Equidea came home after school with Eros. They played chess together.

And then worked on their homework.

Jesminder started a garden and planted all of the fruit and vegetables she bought at the market stall.

Then it was time for the entire family to turn in for the night.

Friday

On Friday morning Elara spent time playing with Aurora.

Eros lost a tooth.

Dia made breakfast for everyone.

And they sat down to eat as a family.

Then it was time to age the twins and Hudson up into teenagers. First up was Eros.

I admit with the hair and normal clothes they had as children I forgot they were full aliens and was surprised when they aged up wearing the space outfit.

I can now announce that Eros will be the next heir. He got more than double the votes and was the clear favorite.

Per the requirements for generation 2, Eros was given the adventure trait and the curator aspiration.

Then it was time for Eris to blow out his candles.

He was always a very confident child and it appears he is the same as a teen. He immediately pulled out his phone and started taking selfies.

Eris rolled the loves the outdoors trait and the nerd brain aspiration.

I missed a shot of Hudson blowing out his candles but here he is a teenager.

Hudson rolled the fabulously wealthy aspiration and the creative trait.

Hudson got a job as a manual laborer because it pays the most of the teen jobs. Eris joined the chess team at school.

Now that Jesminder and Dia are dating they are sharing a room. This freed up Jasminder's old bedroom, so I redecorated it with items from the Jungle Adventure pack to create a room for our new heir Eros.

For now Eris and Hudson are still sharing a room but once Elara ages up and moves out they will get their own rooms too.

Eros got started on his homework.

Elara took Aurora out for a jog around the neighborhood.

Then she invited Jet Lexion over for a make out session.

Leilani Gardener also stopped by for a visit. She spent time chatting with Eris.

Jesminder went to work and had to improvise on some centerpieces. Unfortunately, it didn't go well and she suffered a performance loss.

Dia opened up the business and had some patrons order a few drinks.

And use the hot tub.

She made $250 for her efforts. So far I haven't seemed to figure out how to really make a profit running a bar/nightclub.

Then it was time to call it a day and send everyone to bed.

Saturday

On Saturday the family all ate breakfast together.

Then the kids all went to Myshuno Meadows park. Hunter and the twins went skating.

Elara and Jet built a snowman.

And then fooled around in the roller coaster.

Eros went out collecting things for his aspiration.

Then he went around looking at all of the monuments. The first one was for the Llama Freedom Movement.

The second one was commemorate the Shirt Factory Meteor Strike and Subsequent Big Lizard Incident.

The third was built in memory of the Open Street Act and was donated by DynaSign Co.

The forth monument was for for the scientist and herring baron Barnabas Skye.

The fifth monument marks the spot where noted eccentric Emperor Horton experienced the cities' first Death by Pufferfish.

Finally, this plaque was erected to mark 150 years of fishery in the city.

This completed the "View All Myshuno Meadows' Sculptures" achievement.

The family returned home and all ate supper together.

Then the twins played chess together.

Before all going to bed for the night.

Sunday

On Sunday morning, the family ate breakfast together.

Hudson went to work while the rest of the teens worked on some extra credit.

Dia harvested all of the vegetables in the garden.

Then I sent Eros to Oasis Springs to look for more collectables. He found some frogs but no other collectables were spawning.

He chatted with Onyx Lexion.

And did a little fishing.

Hudson and Eris joined and played some Foosball.

Elara did some yoga.

Then they went home and all played video games.

While at work, Dia was approached by a fan asking for an autograph. She signed the autograph and the fan left. Unfortunately, the fan didn't buy a drink at the bar before leaving.
